Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks
- 8–12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 tbsp butter, divided
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of ½ lemon
Instructions:
Cook the Steaks: Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side (or to your preferred doneness). Remove and let rest.
Sauté the Shrimp: In the same pan, add 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Toss in shrimp, seasoning with paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Finish with Butter & Lemon: Lower heat, add the remaining butter, lemon juice, and parsley. Stir to coat the shrimp in the buttery sauce.
