To request a reservation for our Co-Op Community Room at West, please fill out the form below.
First priority for use of the community room is given to the co-op’s staff training and store needs. For this reason the co-op cannot provide a permanent or continuous meeting space for any organization. Organizations may schedule only one meeting at a time. We ask that you fill out this form no more than 30 days ahead of time, but at least one week before your desired date. Reservations are granted on a first-come first-served basis.
