Join chef Darylin Berryman for a vibrant, flavor-packed journey into vegan Mexican cooking. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to create colorful dishes bursting with spices, fresh produce, and authentic flair—without any animal products. We will make a plant-based Mexican feast that tastes like the real thing. Carne topped chez Enchilada, crispy taco, With borracho (drunken) beans, yellow rice, cashew lime crema, salsa, guacamole, and Baked tortilla chips.
