Join cheesemaker extraordinaire Sue Kurta for a lively and fun evening making your own mozzarella! You’ll experience Sue’s homegrown process and get to ask questions of one of our region’s cheese experts. Come ready to learn, stretch mozzarella, and (of course) eat your splendid creation.
