Willkomen to a fun hands-on class where we will prepare a few classic German dishes in celebration of the world’s oldest beer festival. German cuisine is known for its hearty, flavorful dishes and our menu features Flammkuchen – German Flatbread, Pork Schnitzel, Spätzle – Homemade Egg Noodles, Rotkohl – Braised Red Cabbage, Gurkensalat – Cucumber Salad, and Apple Strudel. If you can’t make it to Munich this year, join us for a wunderbar evening with other co-op foodies and plenty of great German food. Prost!
