Lemon-Pesto Goat Cheese Dip with Crudites
10 oz soft goat cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup pesto
juice from 1 lemon
finely grated zest from 1 lemon
sea salt and white pepper, to taste
fresh basil leaves, parsley, and or chives, chopped
Assorted dipping vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, carrot and celery sticks, bell pepper strips, radishes, blanched green beans or asparagus
Blend cheese, sour cream, pesto, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper in a bowl until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Serve with assorted vegetables.
