Citrus Banana Sumo Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 sumo, peeled, sectioned (a juicy orange would work too)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup granola

Instructions:

Place the yogurt, mango chunks, sweetener, turmeric, salt, and 3-4 sections of sumo or orange in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. It’s ok if it’s a little chunky. Keep chilled while you prep the toppings. Slice the banana and the remaining sumo sections. Pour yogurt mixture into a bowl and top with the banana slices, sumo slices, and granola. Enjoy immediately. Makes one big serving or two small servings.
