Lemon Ginger Tea
- 1-inch fresh ginger root, unpeeled, grated
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
Steep the freshly grated ginger with the boiling water in a glass measuring cup and let sit for a couple minutes. Pour into a mug through a strainer and add in lemon juice and honey. Stir to dissolve the honey and drink it up while it’s hot.
