Strawberry Salsa

Sweet, spicy, and refreshingly bright, this Strawberry Salsa is the perfect twist on a classic. Bursting with ripe strawberries, juicy tomatoes, and a kick of jalapeño, it’s a vibrant, summery dish that’s perfect for dipping, topping, or simply savoring by the spoonful.

  • 1 pint strawberries, washed, trimmed, and chopped
  • 4 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped (or red pepper flakes to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet onion, minced
  • juice of one lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • sea salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and let sit in refrigerator for one hour to let flavors meld
before serving. Makes 4 cups.
