Learn to prepare authentic sushi in a fun, hands-on setting. Chef Misaeng will walk you through the basics of how to make two different kinds of sushi, Japanese traditional and California style. You’ll learn how to expertly prepare the fillings and construct sushi rolls with ease. You’ll learn interesting variations and leave with new skills to prepare your own sushi at home with confidence.
