CLASS: Make Your Own Mezze

Move over tapas…here comes mezze! Join us in a hands-on class where we will make delicious mezedes, or mezze, which are traditional small plates served in Cyprus, the beautiful island country in the Mediterranean Sea. Using simple, fresh ingredients you will prepare Crispy Calamari, Keftedes – Cypriot Meatballs with Talatourri – Yogurt Cucumber Dip, Patates Antinahtes – Cracked Potatoes, Hoummous- Chickpea Hummus, Fried Halloumi Cheese, and a fresh vegetable platter.
