Learn about German cuisine and enjoy a taste of Oktoberfest in this exciting and delicious cooking class! We’ll create and taste Flammkuchen (German Flatbread), Pork Schnitzel, Spätzle (Homemade Egg Noodles), Rotkohl (Braised Red Cabbage), Gurkensalat (Cucumber Salad), and Apple Strudel.
