Oryana West Rib Roast Pre-Orders

Holiday rib roasts (both bone-in and boneless) are available for pre-order from Oryana West. Fill out the order form with your preferences and consider your holidays made!

All orders must be picked up from Oryana West, 3587 Marketplace Circle, Traverse City. Orders to be paid for at pick-up.

Ideally, roast servings should be 1 – 1 1/2 lbs per person. Tenderloin, 8 oz. per person.

About the beef farms:

Snake River Farms – A family-owned and operated business established in 1968 near the banks of the historic Snake River in American Falls, Idaho. Their beef is a cross of pure Japanese Wagyu and quality American breeds. The result is a rich & buttery beef with marbling that exceeds the USDA grading scale.

Double R Ranch  – Committed to sustainability, quality, and animal well-being, their cattle are carefully raised by a network of family ranchers from around the Northwest. Beef is hand-selected to include only USDA Choice and higher levels of marbling.

Greater Omaha – Located in the heart of the world’s finest natural environment for raising beef cattle, Greater Omaha supports local producers in the Midwest region. Cattle are sourced within a 250-mile radius of their facility in Omaha and are hand-picked from small, family owned producers.
