Learn the ins-and-outs of how grain has evolved\, the basics of milling your own flour\, and the tools you need to get started. After a presentation on freshly milled flour (which includes some delicious sampling!)\, the class will work together to make their own treats from freshly milled grains. This is a unique experience you will not want to miss! \n*** \nThe class is $30.
