DESCRIPTION:Willkomen to a fun hands-on class where we will prepare a few classic German dishes in celebration of the world’s oldest beer festival. German cuisine is known for its hearty\, flavorful dishes and our menu features Flammkuchen – German Flatbread\, Pork Schnitzel\, Spätzle – Homemade Egg Noodles\, Rotkohl – Braised Red Cabbage\, Gurkensalat – Cucumber Salad\, and Apple Strudel.
