Whiskey Nibs
3 3/4 cups finely crushed vanilla wafer cookies
½ cup Irish whiskey
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 cup finely chopped nuts such as hazelnuts, pecans, or walnuts
¼ cup non-gmo corn syrup
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ cup cane sugar
Place first six ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Shape into small balls. Roll each ball in cane sugar. Store in a tightly covered container for at least three days before serving.
