Vegan Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

1 cup canned or fresh mashed pumpkin
1 cup coconut milk
1 fresh or frozen ripe banana
1/2 cup crushed ice
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
pinch sea salt
Throw all the ingredients into the blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
