Turkey Spinach Bacon Burger
1 lb ground turkey
1 slice bacon, chopped fine
½ teaspoon granulated onion
½ cup frozen, thawed spinach, squeezed to remove extra moisture, chopped
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Combine all ingredients except oil in a bowl. Form into 4 patties and flatten to about ¾ inch thick.
- Heat oil in a cast iron pan or heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Cook patties until browned on one side, about 4 minutes. Carefully flip and cook other sides, another 4 minutes or until cooked through.
