Strawberries with Crème Fraîche

1 container Crème fraîche
3 tablespoons maple syrup, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pint strawberries, washed, hulled, sliced

Mix together the crème fraîche, maple syrup, and vanilla in a small bowl. Portion the strawberries on serving plates and top with sweetened crème fraîche.
