Spicy Honey
Use spicy honey in hot tea, marinades, to coat meats, in salad dressing, with roasted veggies like sweet potatoes, with cheese, etc. Make a compound butter by mixing some with soft butter.
1 cup honey
2-3 teaspoons red pepper flakes, depending on how hot you want it
Heat the honey and red pepper flakes in a small pot over medium-low heat until it just barely begins to simmer. Remove pan from heat and let sit for about 10 minutes to let it steep. Strain into a container through a fine mesh strainer.
