Spiced Snow Peas
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 lb snow peas, trimmed
1 tablespoon water
Heat the oil in skillet over medium heat and add the ginger and spices. Cook, stirring for about 30 seconds. Toss in the peas and water, stir, and cover with a tight fitting lid. Cook for about a minute until peas are tender crisp. Remove from heat, season with salt, and serve immediately.
