Smoky Mexican Layered Dip
1 cup refried beans
Optional but good: a few drops liquid smoke
1 cup guacamole
1 cup sour cream or Greek-style yogurt
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
sliced green onions or chopped cilantro for garnish
- Mix the refried beans with the liquid smoke.
- In a 6-cup pyrex glass storage container (use a pie plate if you don’t have the pyrex container) spread the beans first, followed by the guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. Sprinkle the cheese on top and garnish with onions or cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
