Smoked Salmon Dip
1 8-oz package cream cheese
4 oz. smoked lox-style salmon, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sour cream
white pepper to taste
1 heaping teaspoon chopped fresh chives
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
Optional but good: 1 tablespoon chopped capers
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer. Using the paddle attachment, mix until combined and smooth. Serve with bread, crackers, and fresh vegetables.
