No Bake Chocolate Cornflake Clusters
Need a quick and easy 2-ingredient chocolate treat? This is perfect for when you don’t want to turn the oven on. These clusters are reminiscent of one of our favorite chocolate bars made by a German company called Ritter Sport. They can be stored in an airtight container for several days, but they won’t last that long!
2 bars Tony’s Chocolonely milk chocolate bars (or about 1 lb of milk chocolate)
4 cups organic corn flakes (we used Field Day)
- Pour the cereal into a big mixing bowl. Prepare 2 cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Chop the chocolate into smaller pieces. Place chopped chocolate in a medium saucepan over the lowest heat setting. Melt the chocolate, stirring frequently. When there are just a few lumps remaining, turn off heat and keep stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate over the cereal and stir with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula until the cereal is thoroughly coated in chocolate.
- Drop by tablespoons onto the prepared pans. Let cool until chocolate hardens.
