Mini Cheeseballs
2 packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
Coatings: sesame seeds, paprika, poppy seeds, dried herbs, finely chopped nuts, lemon pepper, mix of regular and black sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl using a wooden spoon or stiff rubber spatula until thoroughly combined.
- Scoop out tablespoons of cheese mixture and roll into balls. Coat the balls in coatings of your choice. Serve with crackers, pretzels, bagel chips, etc. Makes about 16 balls.
