French Bread Pizza
1 loaf french bread (the softer kind works better than a skinny, hard, crusty loaf)
Marinara or pizza sauce
Grated mozzarella cheese, 2 cups or more
Toppings of your choice: meat, veggies, olives, mushrooms, etc.
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cut the bread loaf in half and place on baking sheet.
- Spread the tops generously with marinara sauce. Sprinkle with the mozzarella. Add the toppings of your choice. Add more than you think you need because it will spread out.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cut into slices and serve hot.
