Cranberry Pistachio Cheeseball
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
1 4-oz. log soft goat cheese
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1-2 green onions (depending on how big they are), finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/3 cup pistachios, chopped
crackers for serving
Mix all the ingredients except the pistachios together in a bowl using a wooden spoon or heavy rubber spatula. Shape mixture into a ball with your hands. Spread the pistachios on a plate and roll the cheese ball in the nuts until coated thoroughly all over. Keep ball refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve with crackers, pretzels, French bread slices, etc.
