Chocolate Frosting
1 stick salted butter
3 cups confectioner’s sugar, sifted
2/3 cup cocoa, sifted
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream the butter in a bowl. Add the sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla and combine. Beat until smooth. Makes enough for 1-9 x 13 inch cake or 1 dozen cupcakes.
