Cheeseburger Salad
1/2 lb pound grass-fed ground beef
sea salt and black pepper to taste
chopped lettuce
1 pickle, sliced
red onion, sliced into rings
1/2 an avocado, cubed
cherry tomatoes
shredded cheddar cheese
Dressing:
1/4 cup mayo
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Brown the ground beef in a heavy skillet, breaking the beef into chunks as it cooks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as it’s cooking. Cook until beef is no longer pink. Serve with lettuce, toppings, and dressing. Serves 1.
