Calabro Buffalo Mozzarella is a fresh, soft cheese with a natural lactic culture imported from Italy. This gives the natural snowy white mozzarella a mild yet slightly sweet and sour taste. The texture is creamy, soft, and moist. Our Mozzarella di Bufala comes in various sizes and goes well in antipasti dishes and a caprese salad.
Abbey Farms Five Territories is an amazing combination of five different British cheeses that are layered on top of one another to create a one of a kind cheese. The name is derived from the five different territories (counties) of England of which each layered cheese is originally from: Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Cheshire, Gloucestershire, and Somerset.
Old Quebec Reserve Cheddar
Made in Quebec, Canada, Old Quebec Vintage Cheddar is matured for 9-12 months, then graded on the basis of texture, flavor, aroma, and color. Cheeses that meet the target profile are set aside and transferred to Lancaster County in Pennsylvania for further maturation. The crunchy texture is a result of crystallized amino acids with flavors that are robust, clean and fruity with notes of butterscotch and an assertive tang.
Clawson Caribbean Blazer
English cheddar is blended with Scotch Bonnet chili relish, creating a delicious blend of creamy cheese with some added heat.
Balarina Premium Aged Goat Cheese
This artisan cheese has been aged for over four years in our select Dutch aging rooms. It has a stunning complex flavor. It is nutty with flavors of caramel. This cheese adds a great touch when grated over spinach salad, pizza or pasta. It also makes fabulous risotto and omelets.
Caramelized Onion Cheddar
is a young, mild cheddar that is perfectly blended with caramelized onions that provide a savory-sweet taste that makes it pleasantly addictive.

Old Summer Favorites
Leelanau Raclette is a semi-soft washed-rind cheese with a distinct nutty and buttery flavor. Aged for 2-4 months, made with single-source cow’s milk farmed in Northwest Michigan. “Racler,” the French word meaning, “to scrape,” hints at the European tradition for serving this Alpine-style cheese; Raclette is commonly melted under a grill and then scraped over boiled new potatoes and served with a side of cornichon sour gherkin pickles.
DeVor Gouda Cheese
Fantastic cheese locally produced in Kalkaska. Aged 9-12 months, this special cheese was the winner of the 2024 Oryana Cheese Madness contest. Enjoy a firm texture and a rich, tangy flavor, with summer fruit or on a sandwich.
