Cauliflower Hummus
One large head cauliflower, steamed until tender, cooled, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Sea salt to taste
Place everything in a food processor and puree until smooth. Serve with pita chips or veggies.
